Both Mark and Fiona are members of the Institute of Careers Guidance (ICG) and Association of Careers Education and Guidance (ACEG).

Mark Evans – Managing Director

Mark has a specific interest in the design, construction & management of support solutions. He is Director of a Microsoft affiliated partner IT Company that has close associations with the Microsoft Apprenticeship programme and Microsoft IT Academies. Mark is an experienced practitioner and is professionally qualified to deliver Information, Advice and Guidance.
He is also qualified to teach post-16 (PGCE) and recently completed a BA(hons) in Business Management (2i).

Fiona Morris – Director of Services

Fiona is an experienced and professionally qualified practitioner in the delivery of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance in schools, PRUs and in the community. She is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their potential and has latterly taken the lead on the writing and development of delivery programmes in local schools. She is writing workshop and session plans that are transferrable and adapted to specific issues.

Corrie Robertson

Corrie is our Senior Practitioner and is the lead support to the Community Youth Project on behalf of I2A. Corrie is a vastly experienced Senior Youth Worker and has line managed part time workers and those “in training” for many years. Corrie has supported many local communities with professional supervision regarding their youth programmes and has built a strong reputation based on her committed approach to ensuring the right support is delivered to enable communities to make informed decisions.  Corrie is employed with i2a for 3 days per week.

Kate Priddle

Kate works for one of our partner organisations (Somerset Skills and Learning) and joins us on a sessional basis. Kate’s expertise is in recognizing and developing the potential of our Service Users through careers guidance and associated employability training.

Cassie Reynolds

Cassie is employed part time by Westfield Academy as a Teaching Assistant and is also Project Worker for I2A in the afternoons. Her dual role ensures young people are not only supported within the classroom but have the confidence to access the service outside. Cassie is passionate about equality and diversity and is a champion of support services for young people.  Cassie is employed by i2a for 14 hours per week.

Holly Smith

Holly has joined us on work experience from Strode College. She has built excellent relationships with our young service users during the past academic year and has become a very valued member of the team. Although Holly is about to embark on a Social Work Degree at Brighton University, she will continue to provide sessional work to support some of our more vulnerable young people.

Erin Morris

Erin is a student at Richard Huish College and supports the business development function of the    company. Although she works behind the scenes, you may see her soon supporting some of our extra-curricular activities as she holds coaching qualifications and enjoys working with young people.

Kate Hooker

Kate is a very experienced former County Council Youth Worker.  She works for us in Stanchester Academy offering individual and group guidance across all year groups.

 

Sarah Taylor

Sarah joins us straight from Stanchester Academy and comes highly recommended from her former teachers! Sarah is employed by I2A and is following a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Somerset Skills and Learning. Sarah will be based at Westfield Academy for most of her time but will be helping to cover our other work.

Mike Neish

Mike is currently training to be able to coach skiiing in foriegn climes.  We hope to see him in the summer!

Mike joined I2A on a contracting basis with a large remit of work.  Spotted by Mark coaching young people in football, it soon became apparant that Mike had a natural talent for engaging with young people and inspiring them to develop.  Mike was working with us in Westfield Academy as well as supporting our Yarlington Y.E.S project and other community work.
