More about what we offer
Realising Young People’s Potential
Inspired to Achieve know that every young person has the potential to “succeed”, some simply need greater support to fulfil their potential. To “succeed” will mean different outcomes for each person or agency so excellent communication between all parties is vital to ensure we work towards the same targets.
The launch of Inspired to Achieve
This difficult economic climate has resulted in an increased need for support services. It has also led to cuts in local government and specialist agency budgets, resulting in the reduction of services. Inspired to Achieve can provide these services in a cost effective way whilst delivering excellence of service and a total commitment to service user satisfaction.
About Inspired to Achieve
Inspired to Achieve have a friendly, professionally qualified team that has many years experience of delivering support packages to young people. We understand that engaging with young people and finding out what makes them “tick” is so important when building a relationship based on trust and respect.
Supporting the referring agency
Not only do we deliver direct interventions and consultancy services, we understand the importance of agencies evidencing the interventions that they have “facilitated”. We therefore ensure that detailed records of initial assessments (the CAF – with the permission of Parents and Young Person), agreed programmes, regular reviews and programme evaluations are provided.
Initial assessment
Critical to delivering appropriate interventions is the completion of a holistic initial assessment. Using the Common Assessment Framework, Inspired to Achieve identify each young person’s starting point, their overall aims and then agree a “SMART” plan to achieve their goals.
We have a “can do” attitude when agreeing packages; we work innovatively, we think and plan differently, we use a true partnership and collaborative model of working to ensure the very best of outcomes.
Direct delivery
Tailored programmes can be designed for single sex (both male and female) or mixed, for individuals or groups. Using either a range of existing resources or bespoke packages to meet specific need. We deliver individual or plan a series of interventions to suit the organisational requirements.
We recognise that each agency has expertise and experience so will ensure that each young person receives the very best professional support available.
You tell us what you want and we will design a programme.
Impartial advice and guidance
We believe in delivering non-judgmental, impartial advice and guidance in every situation, no exception.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to help, we will do our best to ensure you have access to the right people.
